Choctaw, MS - Biomass market experts, exhibitors, and researchers recently gathered for the 7th Annual Bioproducts and Renewable Energy Conference. The conference was organized by the Mississippi Biomass Council and hosted at the Silver Star Hotel and Casino in Choctaw, MS.
Roughly 140 attendees came to hear about the strengths that Mississippi’s biomass resources and how Mississippi is poised to experience significant growth in the biomass industry. Presentations during the event covered a wide range of topics from biomass energy in forestry products to biodiesel produced from soy.
